Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Drive branch profitability through effective P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Support and implement global strategies, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Represent the branch externally, building partnerships across markets and geographies.
