Your Role:
As a Seafreight Imports Coordinator, you'll manage import shipments end-to-end, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of seafreight import shipments
- Complete and review customs entries (CDS)
- Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and customers
- Monitor and update shipments using freight software
- Solve problems and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records and shipment documentation
Essential
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Seafreight Imports working for a freight forwarder
- Familiarity with freight forwarding software (any major platform)
