Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import and export shipments across various modes of transport (road, air, sea).
Liaise with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth delivery and timely updates.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
Provide quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers and customers.
Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Maintain compliance with international trade regulations.
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.
