What you\’ll do

• Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
• Respond to inbound enquiries and create tailored quotations.
• Arrange and lead productive client meetings to understand and deliver their logistical needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and GP targets.

What we\’re looking for

• Proven success in Business Development within the freight forwarding industry (2-3 years\’ experience minimum).
• Strong background in Air / Road / Sea operations.
• A track record of exceeding monthly GP targets.
• Self-motivated, driven, and resilient-able to thrive under pressure and work independently.
• Excellent organisational, administrative, and customer service skills.
