Are you an experienced Fine Art Handler or Technician based in London? Are you looking for an exciting new role, playing a key part in ensuring the safe and secure transportation and installation of fine art pieces? This role could be excellent for you!

My client is looking for an experienced Fine Art Technician to be responsible for managing the entire logistics process, from packing, crating, and loading artworks to transporting them to their final destinations.

Working Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely handle and transport high-value artworks for galleries, museums, private collectors, and exhibitions.
  • Packing and crating of artworks to ensure secure transportation.
  • Load and unload artwork into and from vehicles, ensuring careful handling and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards during transportation.
  • Assist with the installation and de-installation of artworks at exhibition sites when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in handling, packing, or transporting fine art or other fragile, high-value items.
  • Knowledge of best practices for art handling, packing, and transportation.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
