We're working with a well-established global freight forwarder who is looking to add an experienced Ocean Freight Import Supervisor to their Feltham team. The role:
As Ocean Freight Import Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the import operation. Your role will include:
- Overseeing ocean import shipments from origin through to final delivery
- Leading and supporting a small team, helping them perform at their best
- Ensuring all customs procedures and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Spotting ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Assisting management with KPIs, reporting, and planning
About you:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Solid experience in ocean freight imports within a freight forwarding environment
