The role involves managing the entire EU road freight process, from booking to invoicing, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. The coordinator will also liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily EU road freight operations, including bookings, invoicing, and documentation. Managing groupage and other relevant documentation. Raising job files and ensuring necessary operational paperwork is in place. Collaborating with suppliers and clients for smooth operations and invoicing. Assisting the sales team with quotations and service-related information.Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Road Freight Operations (Import & Export) with a UK-based freight forwarder. Strong knowledge of EU Import and Export operations. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
