We’re looking for a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our growing business and develop their skills within freight forwarding and shipping. If you’ve had some exposure to air, sea, or road freight - or you’re currently working in logistics and want to move into sales - this role offers hands-on training, clear progression, and the chance to work with experienced professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the sales team by preparing quotations using contract rates and spot rate platforms
  • Learning how to manage customer enquiries and follow up on opportunities
  • Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Working closely with external sales colleagues to help grow the client base
  • Developing your understanding of KPIs, pricing, and commercial decision-making

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience or exposure to freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain (air, sea, or road)
  • Interest in sales, customer relationships, and commercial development
  • Confident communicator, happy using phone and email
