Driver Trainer – Liverpool Our client, who are a known transport company are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver Trainer to join their team in Liverpool. The Driver Trainer will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to new drivers that join the company. Job Type: Permanent Days: Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for HGV drivers, focusing on safe and efficient driving practices. Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to drivers to support their ongoing development. Keep up to date with industry regulations and best practices, and incorporate these into training programs. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and support the on-boarding of new drivers. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Driver Trainer with expertise in container and general haulage. Certification as an approved driving instructor or equivalent qualification.
