Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for contract compliance, customer service and the day-to-day operations of nominated customer accounts. The role involves working closely with customers and internal branch teams and may include the supervision of dedicated customer teams or departments. You will support the Account Manager with the development of nominated customers, helping to deliver strategic and tactical plans while driving improvements in quality, efficiency and customer service.
