The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of contracts, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong commercial performance, and long-term client satisfaction. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate across multiple functions, balancing operational delivery with commercial strategy. You will play a key part in driving efficiencies, supporting growth, and maintaining high standards across all contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate tender submissions and bid activity
- Manage contract performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Support commercial activities including material sales and logistics coordination
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives

About You
Essential:
- Proven experience in contract or account management
- Background within waste, recycling, or a related sector
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Confident user of Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
