You will work within the operational team supporting the movement of international cargo, with full training provided. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists)
- Supporting export/import compliance and customs requirements
- Assisting with container bookings and shipment coordination
- Monitoring schedules, cut-offs and cargo movements
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, shipping lines and hauliers
