The Role:
- Preparing and managing freight quotations for air, sea, road, and multimodal shipments
- Negotiating rates with carriers, hauliers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents
- Supporting the sales and operations teams with pricing and tender requirements
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal teams
- Monitoring market rates and identifying competitive pricing opportunities
- Ensuring quotations are accurate, commercially viable, and delivered within agreed timescales
- Maintaining pricing records, tariffs, and internal systems
- Supporting customer enquiries and providing professional freight solutions

- Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or international transport
