Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain QSHE documentation, policies, procedures, risk assessments, and environmental aspects & impacts.
- Conduct audits, spot checks, and site visits across Group and customer locations (GB & Ireland), producing reports and recommending improvements to ensure compliance and continual improvement.
- Deliver QSHE inductions and support awareness, security, and product safety programmes through training and engagement campaigns.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and safety concerns to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Act as a point of contact for QSHE enquiries and collaborate across departments to promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in a previous QHSE position
- Previous experience working for a UK or Ireland based Logistics company is desirable.
- Up to date NEBOSH is essential
- Previous ISO Auditing and Compliance experience
