Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full sea freight import process, from origin to final delivery
- Liaise with global offices and agents to ensure smooth coordination of shipments
- Negotiate rates with suppliers to deliver best‑value solutions for clients
- Select appropriate contracts and carriers to suit individual customer needs
- Provide competitive quotations and monitor market trends
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients throughout the shipment lifecycle
