We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Freight Operator (Import & Export) to join a well-established and expanding freight forwarding business based in Bradford. This is a full-time, office-based role offering long-term career stability within a supportive operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing air freight import and export operations end-to-end
- Liaising with customers and overseas agents globally
- Booking, coordinating, and monitoring consignments
- Preparing and processing all relevant shipping documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in air freight (import/export)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good IT and administrative skills
