A well-established and growing freight forwarding business is looking to recruit an experienced Air & Ocean Freight Operator to join their team in Bradford. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day air and ocean freight shipments (import & export)
- Liaise with customers, overseas agents, and shipping lines
- Prepare and process shipping documentation
- Provide quotations and follow up with clients
- Raise and process invoices accurately
- Ensure high levels of customer service and communication throughout the shipment lifecycle
What We're Looking For
