A leading independent freight forwarding and logistics provider is currently seeking an experienced European Road Freight Operator to join their growing operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong European road freight experience who enjoys managing shipments from start to finish across a variety of EU trade lanes.
Working within a fast-paced and supportive environment, you will take ownership of both import and export movements, coordinating full load, part load and groupage shipments across Europe.
- Managing the end-to-end European road freight process for imports and exports
- Arranging collections, deliveries and transport bookings
- Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving operational issues
Previous experience within European road freight operations is required, along with knowledge of import and export procedures and the ability to work effectively within a busy freight forwarding environment.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 5:00pm
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
