Air Freight Import Coordinator Manchester | Up to £35,000 DOE | Permanent Join a growing freight forwarder where you can make an impact. We're recruiting an experienced Air Freight Import Coordinator to join a successful, privately owned freight forwarding business in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership, variety and genuine career progression within a supportive and growing team. The Role You'll manage air import shipments from start to finish, including: Coordinating air freight import shipments Booking with airlines and overseas agents Preparing and checking shipping documentation Customs clearance and CDS Liaising with customers, airlines, hauliers and agents Tracking shipments and providing proactive customer updates Costing, invoicing and resolving operational issues Building strong customer relationshipsAbout You You'll have: Proven Air Freight Import / freight forwarding experience Good knowledge of air import procedures Customs/CDS experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple shipments in a busy environment CargoWise experience is advantageousWhy Join?
