Key Responsibilities:
- Handling export air freight shipments from booking through to delivery
- Preparing and cutting Air Waybills (AWBs)
- Liaising with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents, and customers
- Managing time‑critical and express shipments
- Ensuring all freight documentation is accurate and compliant
- Coordinating occasional road freight movements
- Providing high levels of customer service in a specialist logistics environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Air Freight Operations
- Strong export operations knowledge
- Experience cutting Air Waybills is essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with urgent shipments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Dangerous Goods experience or certification would be a strong advantage
