The Role
As an
Air Export Freight Forwarder
, you will be responsible for handling air export shipments
from booking through to final delivery
, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met. Your key duties will include:

• Managing the full air export process, including customs clearance and export documentation
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers to coordinate shipments
• Handling dangerous good shipments and ensuring the documentation is in line with custom requirements.
• Preparing and processing export documentation in line with customs and aviation regulations
• Tracking and monitoring shipments, providing regular updates to customers
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and agents

What We\’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years\’ experience in air export freight forwarding operations
• Strong understanding of export customs procedures and compliance
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with freight forwarding or customs software (e.g., CargoWise, ASM) is desirable
