You will be responsible for coordinating and managing international shipments across various modes of transport, with a primary focus on air import operations. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth movement of goods from origin to destination while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with global trade regulations. Multimodal Freight Forwarder Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding processes with a primary focus on air import shipments. Manage shipments across all modes (air, road and sea) to meet customer and operational requirements. Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
