Freight Forwarder (Multimodal Operator)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods via air, sea, and land to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with carriers, customs agents, and stakeholders to guarantee efficient shipment handling.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transport or customs issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Essential: Experience in air, sea, and/or road freight operations with a UK-based freight forwarder.
- Proven end‑to‑end operational experience—managing shipments from cradle to grave.
- Proficiency with freight forwarding software and shipment management systems.
- Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
