Multimodal Coordinator – Sutton Coldfield
WR Logistics is recruiting for a Multimodal Operator to join our logistics team. The role involves coordinating the movement of goods using air, sea, and land transport. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Job Type – Permanent
Shift pattern – Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transportation of goods via air, sea, and land to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with carriers, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient movement of goods
- Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers
- Resolve transportation issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation
Requirements
- Air, sea, and/or road experience; experience with a UK-based freight forwarder is essential
- End-to-end (cradle-to-grave) operations experience
- Proficiency in using freight forwarding software
- Knowledge of customs regulations
