The Role:

As the Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients. You\’ll oversee the end-to-end management of their logistics needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, proactive problem solving, and commercial growth.

From You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong understanding of international shipping processes across modes (air, sea, and road)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in handling rate negotiations
  • Proficient in using freight/logistics systems (e.g., Cargowise, CargoSprint, etc.)
