You\’ll be based in a brand-new, modern office and warehouse in Redditch, working alongside a close-knit and enthusiastic team that values collaboration, high standards, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookings for UK & European road transport services
  • Coordinate warehouse operations including goods in/out and stock management
  • Handle customs clearance processes (import and export)
  • Operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
  • Provide quotations and manage customer communications
  • Liaise with transport suppliers for bookings and rate negotiations
  • Collaborate with the sales team on service proposals
  • Process and invoice jobs using Fast Freight software
  • Attend team meetings to discuss operations, challenges, and performance metrics

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in European freight forwarding or UK transport operations (essential)
  • Prior warehouse experience and a forklift licence (or willingness to train)
  • Strong background in customer service and/or rate negotiation
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage workloads under pressure
