Overview
To deliver products to customers within a specific area in a safe and friendly manner. Responsible for the care and upkeep of your designated vehicle. To provide excellent Customer service standards to every customer.

Bonus: Paid quarterly, dependent on KPI\’s
Main Duties
- Prepare the vehicle by performing operator maintenance, ensuring all products for delivery are correct and safely loaded.
- Complete delivery notes, return sheets, and collect payments as required.
- Fulfill any special customer requests as indicated on the delivery note.
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping all security and operational information strictly confidential.
- Review and verify run sheets and picked orders for deliveries, and plan routes accordingly.
- Plan delivery routes and requirements by reviewing schedules and specific customer requests.
- Inform customers of any stock shortages or delivery issues.
- Return all empty cases and gas bottles, ensuring they are properly stored and unloaded in the designated area.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Complete all required vehicle and delivery checks, submitting check sheets to the distribution manager.
- Assist in the warehouse when needed.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance by wearing the correct uniform at all times.
- Engage in physical and manual handling tasks as part of the role.
