An established manufacturer of air handling and ventilation systems is looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to support continued growth across the North East and Yorkshire region. This is a specification-led sales role focused on developing relationships with consulting engineers, M&E contractors and key building services clients across commercial projects. The position involves managing opportunities from initial specification through tender and final order stage, providing technical support and commercially focused HVAC solutions across a varied project portfolio. This is a field-based role suited to a technically credible sales professional with experience within the commercial building services sector.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience within HVAC, air handling or building services products
- Experience managing specification-led project sales cycles
- Strong understanding of AHUs, ventilation systems and commercial HVAC applications
- Experience working with consulting engineers and M&E contractors
- Ability to manage quotations, technical submissions and project tracking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing regional sales activity
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- OTE £90,000
- Basic salary up to £60,000, depending on experience
