A well-established Nationwide commercial HVAC contractor is looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their growing service team. This role is suited to a maintenance engineer, service technician, HVAC engineer, air conditioning & refrigeration engineer or AC Engineer who is confident with reactive maintenance, fault-finding and working independently across commercial sites.
The Role
- Reactive maintenance and breakdown response on commercial air conditioning systems
- Fault-finding across electrical, mechanical and refrigerant issues
- Working on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems and associated controls
- Minor repairs and component replacement
- Supporting commissioning works on new and replacement plant
- Working across commercial environments, including retail units, gyms and nurseries
- Completing job reports via a CAFM system
- Participation in a negotiable on-call rota
