An established HVAC contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to support continued growth across its commercial and high-end residential client base.

The business delivers planned maintenance, reactive service and technical support across a varied portfolio of HVAC systems, with a strong reputation for technical delivery and ongoing manufacturer training. This is a field-based role covering fault finding, servicing and reactive callouts across split systems, multi-splits, VRV/VRF and close control equipment. Engineers will attend a mix of commercial and residential sites, providing a high standard of service, technical diagnostics and client interaction throughout the day.

Requirements

  • F-Gas certification essential
  • Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship AC service experience preferred
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
  • Experience working on splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF and close control systems
  • Relevant HVAC qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3)
  • Good customer-facing and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Desirable: CSCS / Skill Card, PASMA / IPAF

  • £43,000- £52,000 depending on experience
