A London M&E Design and build contractor specialising in commercial projects is looking for a Project Manager to manage projects mainly in London. This role is suitable for Project Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Managers, and Contract Engineers with strong project management experience and excellent customer-facing skills.

Approximately 10 direct reports plus sub-contractor labour.

Package:

  • Salary: £80,000
  • Travel expenses paid
  • Performance bonus

Requirements:

  • Mechanical building services background essential
  • Must live on the West side of London or home counties
  • Strong project management experience, including management of sub-contractors and procurement
