They are known for delivering high-quality building systems from concept through to installation and handover. They are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical packages across a range of building services projects.

Role

You will manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. This includes coordinating design, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site installation teams.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services / M&E
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Experience managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractors
