We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to lead the delivery of complex building services projects across sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and defence. You will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical design using tools such as Revit, IES, OEM, and Magicad. The role combines technical leadership, project management, client engagement, and multidisciplinary coordination. You'll also mentor junior engineers, support business development, and ensure designs meet the highest technical, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years' building services design experience
- Strong Revit and engineering analysis software skills
- Proven experience delivering complex M&E projects
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (CIBSE, British Standards, ISO)
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Working towards or holding Chartership (CEng) preferred
