An established building services contractor working across commercial and industrial sites is looking to recruit an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Facilities team. This role is focused more on servicing, maintenance, remedial and facilities-based work across a varied commercial portfolio.
- Plumbing, heating and general maintenance works
- Small refurbishment and maintenance projects
- Testing, certification and associated paperwork
- Working across commercial and industrial environments
- Client-facing role with occasional apprentice support
Competitive hourly rates depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime paid at enhanced rates. Company van & fuel card. Pension scheme. 28 days holiday including bank holidays. Monday-Friday hours.
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating
- Domestic Gas qualifications essential
- Commercial and/or industrial maintenance experience
- Multi-trade experience advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
