Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, commissioning, and troubleshooting for distributors, consultants, and end users across Europe.
- Deliver technical presentations, product training, and seminars to improve customer knowledge and product adoption.
- Support new product development through market research, benchmarking, and collaboration with engineering teams and manufacturing partners.
- Assist with technical documentation, product certifications, and compliance with UK and European regulations.
- Travel throughout Europe to support customers, investigate technical issues, and strengthen distributor relationships.
