We're recruiting an experienced FM Contract Manager for a growing technical facilities management business. This is a broad role combining contract management, technical surveying, estimating, project sales and delivery across a portfolio of Hard FM clients.

The Role
- Manage a portfolio of Hard FM and M&E maintenance contracts
- Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and engineer performance
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, compliance and client relationships
- Survey additional works and technical upgrade opportunities
- Produce scopes of work and develop practical solutions
- Cost projects and prepare customer quotations
- Present proposals and close additional works
- Manage project delivery through to completion and handover
- Control subcontractors, budgets, margins and variations
- Identify lifecycle, remedial and plant replacement opportunities
- Support contract renewals and account growth
The Candidate
- Experience as an FM Contract Manager, Technical Contract Manager or Account Manager
- Strong Hard FM / M&E background
- Good knowledge of HVAC, heating, mechanical or electrical building services
- Experience managing engineers and subcontractors
- Able to survey, scope and cost technical works
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident client-facing communicator
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs and contract performance
- Full UK driving licence
