Supporting customers in sectors including food production, agriculture, retail, hospitality, and cold storage, this company provides the design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of high-quality refrigeration systems. Combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, the business is looking for an experienced engineer who enjoys both hands-on installation work and developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission commercial refrigeration systems across a variety of customer sites
- Carry out site surveys and provide technical advice on refrigeration solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers, preparing quotations and following projects through to completion
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical support during installation projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards

What You'll Need:
- Previous experience installing commercial refrigeration systems
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment and system design
- Ability to identify customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills with a proactive approach to business development
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
