An established building services contractor working across commercial and industrial sites is looking to recruit an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Mechanical team. The role will involve a mix of commercial installations, refurbishments, maintenance and project work across multiple sites within a local patch. Commercial Gas work is also available for suitably qualified engineers.

The Role

  • Commercial plumbing and heating installations
  • Refurbishment and small project works
  • PPMs and remedial repairs
  • Testing, certification and associated paperwork
  • Working across commercial and industrial environments
  • Client-facing role with occasional apprentice support

Package

  • £45,000 - £60,000 OTE
  • Competitive hourly rates depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating
  • Commercial and/or industrial installation experience

  • IPAF/PASMA beneficial
