A specialist engineering business is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of a major project within the industrial HVAC and mechanical sector. Acting as the key link between client, manufacturer and project stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are met, production programmes remain on track and project documentation is maintained throughout the delivery process. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing, engineering and client teams to provide regular updates, manage project milestones and support successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Project Management, Contracts Engineering or Project Engineering
  • Mechanical engineering or manufacturing background preferred
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, production schedules and programme management
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers
  • Good commercial awareness and documentation control skills
  • Strong communication and reporting capability
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain project momentum
  • HVAC or industrial engineering experience advantageous but not essential

  • Salary circa £40,000 - £50,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
  • Initial 12-month contract with potential for extension
