A leading provider of process cooling and temperature control solutions, supplying industrial cooling equipment and engineering services to manufacturers across the UK. Working across industries including plastics, food & beverage, medical, industrial, OEM, FM, and mechanical services, this business delivers bespoke process cooling solutions ranging from standalone equipment through to large-scale turnkey installation projects. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Engineer to develop business across the Southern region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts across Southern England
- Develop technical process cooling solutions from initial enquiry through to quotation and order placement
- Carry out site surveys and work with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, system designs, and cost-effective engineering solutions
- Build long-term relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors, and end users to drive repeat business
- Create and implement a regional sales strategy to support continued business growth
Package:
- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Commission Structure
- Company car with personal use

What You'll Need:
- Previous sales experience within process cooling, industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical engineering
- Strong technical understanding of process cooling systems and engineered solutions
- Experience managing projects from enquiry through to quotation and order
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to developing new business
- Full UK driving licence
