Maintenance Service Coordinator required for a highly successful mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance business that delivers commercial building services across the North of England. This is suitable for an experienced Service Coordinator or Service Administrator who is looking to step up.
Role:
- Coordinate with clients to schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), remedial and reactive works.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive and detailed quotes for HVAC services.
- Organise and oversee all site requirements, including access equipment, components, and necessary logistics.
- Prepare and coordinate RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for both clients and engineers, ensuring all safety and operational measures are in place.
- Allocate works to designated engineers, coordinating their schedules to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Over two years of experience as a service coordinator or similar within the M&E, building services or HVAC industry.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel. The ability to transition between multiple in-house systems and client portals (following training).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proven experience in managing your own workload and adjusting priorities as needed.
- A highly organised individual who can demonstrate prioritising your own workload.
- An individual with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information captured is accurate and up to date at all times.
Package:
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday.
