Maintenance Service Coordinator\\n\\nMaintenance Service Coordinator required for the position of Help Desk Manager for a highly successful mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance business that delivers commercial building services across the North of England\\n\\nThis is suitable for an experienced Service Coordinator or Service Administrator who is looking to step up\\n\\nRole:\\n\\nCoordinate with clients to schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), remedial and reactive works\\nPrepare and compile comprehensive and detailed quotes for HVAC services\\nOrganise and oversee all site requirements, including access equipment, components, and necessary logistics\\nPrepare and coordinate RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for both clients and engineers, ensuring all safety and operational measures are in place\\nAllocate works to designated engineers, coordinating their schedules to meet deadlines \\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nOver two years of experience as a service coordinator or similar within the M&E, building services or HVAC industry\\nExcellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel. The ability to transition between multiple in-house systems and client portals (following training)\\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities\\nProven experience in managing your own workload and adjusting priorities as needed\\nYou will be a highly organised individual who can demonstrate priorising your own workload\\nAn individual with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information captured is accurate and up to date at all times \\n\\nPackage:\\n\\nSalary £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience\\nMonday to Friday\\nFlexible working hours\\n33 days holiday\\n8% pension\\nProgression to contract managerWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
