We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a design & build contractor in Manchester that's experiencing strong and sustained growth. You'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously - typically around five at any one time - ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on, commercially focused position that involves managing subcontract labour, maintaining client relationships, and driving project profitability.

- Lead and manage multiple commercial and industrial mechanical installations
- Oversee planning, delivery, and financial performance across live projects
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and compliance on-site

- Total salary: £66,000 - £86,000
