Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Hertfordshire - Regional Work Only £40,000-£45,000 + Van + Package Monday-Friday We're recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer for an established heating, cooling and renewable energy contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a Monday-Friday installation role covering Hertfordshire only, working on a variety of residential and commercial air conditioning projects without the need to travel across London or the wider South East. The Role Install air conditioning systems across Hertfordshire Work on residential and commercial installations Install split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems Install indoor and outdoor units, refrigeration pipework and associated components Carry out pressure testing, vacuuming and refrigerant charging Complete electrical connections and controls wiring Support system commissioning and handover Read and interpret installation drawings and specifications Work closely with Contracts Managers and installation teams Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service The Candidate Experience as an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Valid F-Gas qualification Strong knowledge of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems Experience installing Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Toshiba or similar equipment Good refrigeration pipework and electrical knowledge Able to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail Good customer-facing skills Full UK driving licence Ideally based in Hertfordshire Package £40,000-£45,000 basic Monday-Friday Hertfordshire regional coverage only Company van and fuel card Pension Company benefits Manufacturer training Ongoing professional development Career progression The Opportunity This is ideal for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer who wants to work locally across Hertfordshire rather than travelling across London and the wider South East.
