We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing renewable energy contractor to recruit an experienced Heat Pump Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding service and maintenance team. The Role
As a Heat Pump Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on renewable heating and HVAC systems across residential properties throughout the South East. This is a customer-facing role where you will help ensure systems continue to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while delivering an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on:
- Air Source Heat Pumps
- MVHR systems
- Air Conditioning systems
- Fan Coil Units
- Diagnosing and repairing system faults
- Carrying out performance checks and system optimisation
- Completing digital service reports and maintenance records
- Advising customers on system operation and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities for upgrades or additional maintenance work
- Providing technical feedback to installation and design teams
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and industry regulations
The Package
- Total salary £45,000 - £57,000
- Base salary £40,000 - £52,000 (DOE)
- Yearly bonus £2,000 - £5,000
