Static Chiller Engineer
Tamworth
£45,000 per annum - Monday to Friday
An established specialist in industrial process cooling and temperature control solutions is looking for an experienced Static Chiller Engineer to join its workshop team in Tamworth. This is a workshop-based position, focusing on the service, repair, refurbishment and testing of process cooling equipment, alongside providing technical support to customers and field engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair industrial chillers and process cooling equipment
- Diagnose refrigeration, electrical and mechanical faults
- Refurbish and test equipment before returning it to customers
- Provide technical support to customers and field service engineers
- Manage workshop repairs, equipment testing and job schedules
- Prepare repair assessments and parts and labour estimates
- Maintain accurate service records and workshop safety standards
Package
- £45,000 per annum
- 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

What You'll Need
- Experience servicing and repairing chillers or process cooling equipment
- Strong refrigeration and electrical fault-finding skills
- Valid F-Gas Certification
- Relevant refrigeration, mechanical or electrical qualifications
- Ability to interpret technical and electrical drawings
- Experience providing technical support and diagnosing equipment faults
- Good organisational and communication skills
