An established building services contractor working across commercial and industrial sites is looking to recruit an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Facilities team. This role is focused more on servicing, maintenance, remedial and facilities-based work across a varied commercial portfolio. Engineers with domestic Gas qualifications and multi-trade experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

The Role

  • Plumbing, heating and general maintenance works
  • PPM servicing and reactive repairs
  • Fault finding and remedial works
  • Small refurbishment and maintenance projects
  • Testing, certification and associated paperwork
  • Working across commercial and industrial environments
  • Client-facing role with occasional apprentice support

Package

  • £45,000 - £60,000 OTE
  • Competitive hourly rates depending on experience and qualifications
  • Overtime paid at enhanced rates

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating
  • Domestic Gas qualifications essential
  • Commercial and/or industrial maintenance experience
  • Multi-trade experience advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, professional and organised
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • IPAF/PASMA beneficial
