An established building services contractor working across commercial and industrial sites is looking to recruit an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Facilities team. This role is focused more on servicing, maintenance, remedial and facilities-based work across a varied commercial portfolio. Engineers with domestic Gas qualifications and multi-trade experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
The Role
- Plumbing, heating and general maintenance works
- PPM servicing and reactive repairs
- Fault finding and remedial works
- Small refurbishment and maintenance projects
- Testing, certification and associated paperwork
- Working across commercial and industrial environments
- Client-facing role with occasional apprentice support
Package
- £45,000 - £60,000 OTE
- Competitive hourly rates depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating
