Business Administrator On-Site 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract £175-£200 per day DOE We're recruiting a Business Administrator to support a major ERP transformation programme. We're looking for a strong operational professional who can step into day-to-day business activities, take workload away from senior SMEs and keep operations running effectively while key team members focus on the ERP programme. The Role Take ownership of day-to-day operational activities Support supply chain, warehouse and finance functions Oversee inventory, PO/GR processes and operational coordination Support finance reconciliations Maintain operational reporting and KPI tracking Coordinate suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams Resolve and escalate operational issues Provide cover for meetings, approvals and routine decisions Support ERP data gathering, validation and cleansing Document existing processes and support process mapping Assist with testing preparation and scenario creation Track ERP-related actions, risks and dependencies The Candidate 3-5+ years' experience across supply chain, warehouse operations or finance Strong hands-on operational background Able to quickly understand unfamiliar business processes Comfortable working across multiple departments Strong organisation and attention to detail Confident problem solver who can work independently Strong stakeholder communication skills Process improvement or system-change experience advantageous ERP experience is useful but not essential The priority is someone who is operationally strong first and foremost, rather than an ERP implementation specialist.
