An established building services contractor working across commercial and industrial sites is looking to recruit an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Mechanical team. The role will involve a mix of commercial installations, refurbishments, maintenance and project work across multiple sites within a local patch. Commercial Gas work is also available for suitably qualified engineers.
The Role
- Commercial plumbing and heating installations
- Refurbishment and small project works
- PPMs and remedial repairs
- Testing, certification and associated paperwork
- Working across commercial and industrial environments
- Client-facing role with occasional apprentice support
Package
- £45,000-£60,000 OTE
- Competitive hourly rates depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating
- Commercial and/or industrial installation experience
